How long should I wait?

We have an awesome awesome price for our honeymoon.

My mom suggested I go to a travel agency that my Aunt owned YEARS ago. Her original quote was 1k higher then another we got. FH spoke to her Sat and told her about that and she said she'd see what she can do and get back to us. That was Sat. How long do we wait to book? I don't want to lose the awesome price from the first person.

I would book with the 1st person only because from experience I've learned (the hard way) that prices from travel agents change daily (mostly due to the flights)

Airlines change their prices more than people change their underwear!

Hotels often change prices but not as frequently. We rush booked out Honeymoon b/c the deal was going to end that day from the Hotel. (I called the hotel myself to verify)

Just tell the person who's going to 'see what she can do' that you got an offer you couldn't refuse.
