we met june 6, 2004, only about 4 months ago.. we already went away for 9 days together to vegas, he bought the engagement ring.. and hes moving in to my apt, i know im only 22 but i think im making the right decsion... and both of our families loveeeee each of us and they dont have any problem with our decisions so far.... we are waiting 2more years to get married.... i couldnt wait much longer then that i love him so much

We met in college when we were 19 years old! Started dating on 9/19/97 and got engaged almost 7 years later on 8/14/04!!! Now we are 26 and ready!
I love that we have been through so much together before we take the plunge! We have transitioned out of college and into the working world of NYC together and then moved in together last year! It really adds to our strong bond.

We dated 16 months. We would have been engaged earlier but he wanted to propose in Rome during our vacation. Engaged a little less than a year... has to be in summer as I'm a teacher.

We moved in together after 8 months.
We were engaged after 13 months.
We have a 16 month long engagement.

We knew eachother for about a year before we started dating. Moved in together after 2 years of dating. We were dating a 4 1/2 years when we got engaged.
We'll have been engaged for 13 months when we get married and dating almost 6 years.

we've known each other for more than five years (but we were never that close - he is friends with my best friends husband- we began hanging out at their rehearsal dinner)
our first official date was their wedding (april 27, 2002)
we got engaged on october 27,2003 (exactly a year and a half)
our enagement is 19 months total and ONLY EIGHT MONTHS FROM TODAY EXACTLY

We dated casually for 7 months, and became an item Dec. '01. Got engaged Dec. '03. So 2 years before we got engaged...and our engagement will be 1yr. 10 mths. Yeay!
