How Many...

...RH did you look at before chosing the 'one'

My parents keep badgering us to look at more RH even though we totally fell in love with one already, so I'm just curious...

I only looked at 3 and went with the first place a saw.

I knew as soon as I walked in, I needed to look no further

I'll say if you're absolutely in love, forget bout it.

Your parents may prod 'cus they aren't in love with what you choice. You can ignore them or appease them and look at more...

We looked at:

1.Lombardi's on the Sound- too expensive but beautiful.

2.Giorgios- one of my top choices but they had no dates available I liked.

3.Watermill- pretty but not for me.

4.Martha Clara Vineyards- to much work! You have to supply everything.

5.Hamlet Willow Creek- very nice, but I did not like the CH room thought it was too small.

I also called a lot of places to get quotes (Lands End $$$$, Flowerfield $$$$, Hamlet in Commack $$$) That way I knew that if it was over my budget I didn't need to visit!

We decided on the Hamlet Wind Watch in Hauppauge...not exactly cheap, but very reasonable. One wedding at a time, hotel RIGHT next door, and I loved the windows that overlooked the golf course. It just suited us to a tee!

I looked at 4...I fell in love with Giorgio's and cancelled the rest of my appts. I realized that I kept comparing all of the other RH to Giorgio's. That's when I knew!!
