i think bec the entrees we can choose are pretty detailed in nature im okay with it...we are also adding in another course and what not..so...i dunno..wish i could help you

we're actually doing a sampler of a meat, chicken, and fish for all guests. So there will be no choice, everyone gets everything. If any one has any dietary constraints we will obviously make a few changes for those guests.
