How many days off are you taking before/after the wedding?

We are not leaving for our honeymoon until a week later.

I was thinking of taking just one day off before our wedding and no days off afterwards until the honeymoon.

Maybe 1 day off is not enough???

My last day of work is the thursday (a week) 5/24 before my wedding. We dont leave for the honeymoon until 3 days after the wedding 6/6 and I dont go back to work until 6/18. My boss is awesome and gave me all that time off!

we're taking off a bit over a month after the wedding, and like 2 days before.

Hi ladies, When I got married (it was on a Friday) I took off starting the Wednesday before and let me tell if I could turn back time, I would have taken off at least the Tuesday before the wedding. I was so stressed out the day of the rehersal dinner and had so many last minute things to do that I did not have time to primp myself for the rehersal dinner and relax before then. After the rehersal dinner all of the stress melted away and I was floating on air but the day of certinly was not a piece of cake.
