How many of you 09' girls block out your Hotel rooms yet, I am not sure if I should wait or do it now.

I did, just because I knew where I wanted and it was an easy thing to check off the list. And I also booked a suite for me and FH.

I tried to but the guy laughed at me when I told him my wedding was 6/28/09. They apparently don't get the prices until a year before so i have 4 more months until I can

The one we got was $149 - it isn't really a bridal suite but it is their 2 floor nicest room. We could have stayed somewhere better but we wanted to stay at the same hotel as all our guests.

No deposit required - I had to leave my credit card for our room but they won't charge it until we check in. Otherwise, the guests put their rooms on their credit cards as they book.

I blocked rooms, all of our friends and BP will want to stay there, so I wanted to do it quick so i wouldnt stress about it.

I blocked my rooms at the Marriott Islandia. We got a rate of 139.00 (I think), it came out to like 150.00 pernight. They were really nice and very helpful. Marriott and Hyatt Windwatch were the only ones that allowed us to book now. Holiday Express would not.
