How many hours is your Reception?

Just curious, mine is 6 and 1/2 hours. That is including the cocktail hour.

Ours was five including CH, but most guests arrived about 30 minutes early so they just opened the CH early. So, I guess 5 1/2 hours total.

Mine is 6 also. Wow, a lot of people went for the extra hour. Isn't that great!
Cocktails at 7pm-8pm and reception is from 8-1am which includes a viennese as well.

Holy, somebody is having 8HOURS!!! Thats Long? Wonder if the ceremony is included in that time or is it like 10 courses.

actually 8 hours is not long at all, considering that in Poland where I grew up you celebrate your wedding for 2 days... Polish people like to have fun and believe me I am planning to party all night long...

It was supposed to be 6 including CH, but it ended up being 7

1 hour for CH, and 4 for Reception. Plus 1/2hr for ceremony, so 5 1/2 hours which is long enough.

wow!!! that is a long reception. You must of had to pay alot for that.

6 hours.....1 & a half for cocktail and
4 & a half for the main reception.

Ceremony at 3:30pm
Cocktail hour at 5:00pm
Reception begins at 6:00pm
Reception ends at 11:00pm

Total reception 5 hours plus cocktail hour = 6

6:30-12:30
6:30-7:30 CH
7:30-12:30 Reception w/ Viennese in there somewhere. Kelly

CH is from 8 to 9
Reception- 9 to 1
after party- 1 to 2 30

I think I'll be sufficiently weddinged out by then.

Hospitality: 11-11:30
Ceremony: 11:30-12:00
CH: 12:00-1:00
Reception: 1:00-5:00

(We're getting married at the hall)

We started at 6:15 and ended at 12:30 and we still had to kick people out of the hall lol.

i once went to my cousins wedding in poland and it lastest 2 days
