One disaster and then one great one (I LOVE OKSANA)....however if I had gone to Oksana first, I would have booked her on the spot.

6 trials 1 was with the same person twice. I booked Oksana's assistant Jessica.

Speaking of Oksana... I emailed her yesterday, how long does it usually take her to get back to you? Is it better just to call her?

I know it's much better for e-mail...I heard her mention that a couple of times that day. It took a while...maybe a week or two until I heard from her. She's worth it though. Such a WONDERFUL person! I miss her! It's been too long since my trial!

Only one, Melinda (vendor on here, also works for MAC)!!

Oksana was already booked for our day in JUly when I emailed her in October (she got back to me within a few days though).

I emailed Oksana twice and even called once. It would have been nice if she answered my messages.
