Girls, I'm stressing. Our invite list is 242. The max the hall holds is 220 although it would be more comforatable if its less than 190. They say 18-20% don't show but it's still making me nervous.

We invited 200 and needed to guarantee 150. We winded up having 135 and asked fellow LIwedding brides to the wedding.

I am in the same boat. Originally I was figuring the max 175 would show up....but I'm thinking its going to be a lot more. My list is about 250, and the place holds 220!!!!

We guaranteed 100, invited 135. Hopefully we make our guarantee. I know I'm cutting it close.

we invited 260... our hall said the room would hold about 220 but I def. wanted under 200... went ened up with about 175... we had a higher % say 'no' b/c we invited many people who were OOT

I feel your pain Dita. I am at the Riviera too and our guest list is somewhere around 270...I am freaking out!
The problem is a lot of people are family so we can't cut! FMIL is one of 9!!!!!

Alot of them are OOT guests so hopefully that will cut some.. I'm still nervous though...

Are you having many OOT guests? We invited 263 and about half were from OOT. We ended up with 178.

We invited about 235, guaranteed 175, had about 185.

I am in the same boat!!! We are inviting 202 but only had to guarentee 125. The room 'comfortably' holds 170 - we dont want more than 160!

Our guest list started at 170 and has slowly but surely made its way to 195. I'm really hoping for 150 people total. I'm a little nervous most of my guests are 'sure things', FH has a lot of OOT family who might make the trip just becuase they haven't seen the family in ages.

we have about 120-128 on our list, which was WAY more than I had planned for. We need to guaranatee 90. I'd like for only about 75-80 people to actually come. That probably sounds horrible, but I wanted to elope...so 80 people seems like a mob to me ;)

We're inviting 227 our gurantee is 175. However of that 227, I would say 25 are 'B' list people in case we go under out min...

We have approx. 250 on the A List...don't want to think about the B List....our hall holds about 240 but we are hoping to have NO MORE than 220.....We do have some OOT guests so i wouldn't be surprised either way- if we were pushing the max...or using our B list...you just never know! This is why we are hoping to send our invites out kind of early!!!

Right now our tenative invite list is as 184. I am almost positive it will rise in the next year. I am hoping that not everyone attends. I really wanted a small wedding.

We guaranteed 185. We are inviting 250 on the A list and 35 on the B list. Most of our guests live in LI so I am extremely nervous. I would love to have only 200 guests attend...

I with you- I only have to guarantee 100. I just made my guest list and with all the extras, like letting my sister(MOH) invite 5 of her best friends, I am up to 158 with 4 children. I cut a lot of my friends but some people I never expected to come- my travel buddies from Wales- are making the trip. I am terrifed we will end up with only Yeses!
BTW- I didn't send out save the dates for this reason!
