Before you booked? It's the biggest expense for the wedding besides the RH and I want to make sure I get the best while not getting ripped off. So far I have 2 that I am meeting with this Thursday...

I met with 4: Dan Wagner, Velvet, Time Xpressions, and Artisan. They were all great and similarly priced but we went with Velvet. I liked Bob and thought his personality would suit us well, we get 2 photogs and we loved his work.

Fh and I met with at leaat six or seven because we just kept feeling like we hadn't met the right one. We ended up choosing Duet.

I'm on 5 meetings and I've emailed at least 15...I'm having a really hard time making this decision.

I initially emailed about 15 photographers that I really liked to get their availability. From those available FH then eliminated a few that he did not like. After that we met with around 6 photographers. We eventually chose the last person we met with.
Choosing a photographer was the hardest process in wedding planning for me. I seriously was stressed out!

None! I fell in love with Mariann from Blue Daisy's work on her site, and booked her without even meeting her. We spoke at length on the phone, but still have never met! I was just in awe of her style, and HAD to have her.

I met with four: Roma, Ariana, Proline, and ******** Photography in Westbury. Went with Ariana. (Which reminds me that I have to schedule my e-pics with them for February!!!!)

I heard about my photograher on liw from another 09 bride. I needed a photographer for my E-party. So I hired her for that and as soon as I met her I loved her. And then I saw her pics and they were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I booked her for our e-pics and she blew me away with them. I hired her for my wedding as well. I only emailed one other photograher, Angelica Glass, before I booked my e-pics. If I didnt go with amanda, I would have went with Angelica.

We met with three photographers. Sherwood, Ariana Studios and Amanda Picone. Originally book with Nick from Ariana Studios...Found Amanda Picone on craigslist when she was doing engagement shoot. Call her....She took our epics. Feel in love with our pictures. Cancelled Nick from Ariana Studios. End up booking with Amanda Picone and Andy Chin for our wedding. Amazing work!
