not sure about the shake the bar is 4 points. if you dont wnat to have a big bagel, lenders makes the mini ones and they are only 2 points and i use the i cant belive its not butter spray which is zero points.

The shakes are a lot because they are meant to be a meal, lots of sugar, lots of calories. Not sure about actual point value though.
