Not really.

I wish I had a better relationship with my half sister. My brother and I are very very very close, but not real big on constant communication. The step siblings and I have our differences. Only one is worth bothering with and she's out having her own life and happy, thank god. My adopted siblings I am close to in a much older sister way.

So really it's just me, my brother and the 3 adopted siblings. My sister in law keeps my brother on a very short leash. They are also four states away from me, so distance is a problem.

At one point or another I have been the youngest, oldest, only and middle child. All had their ups and downs. Lots of Hate for a group of 10, I'll tell ya that.

ETA: It's four family units. The Real Bloods, the Half Bloods, the Step Bloods and the Adopted. May I say, that's TOO MANY to function.

I haven't heard a world from 3 of my step siblings in years and the last one I wish I never heard from, but she's the biological mother of the 3 adopted.

My half sister's father is a blind (figuratively) fool who won't see what's in front of him so we don't talk to save my half sister the trouble.


Me, I'm just happy being in New York away from all the Drama. Whenever I need to remember why Im here, I just call home and find out what's up. Then I remember I love the Long Distance Relationship!
