Re: How many stores did you register with?
We registered with three because we have a lot of family out of state and we wanted to make it easy on everyone.

Re: How many stores did you register with?
Misty, I don't think 3 is too many. It all depends on where you guests are and what's more convenient for them. Most of our guests are in the East, so we are registering at 2 (Crate&Barrel and BLoomies)
FH is NOT happy we have to do this, lol

Re: How many stores did you register with?
I am just having the hardest time ever. I registered with Fortunoff and Bed Bath and Beyond, but I am finding nothing I like in terms of everyday dishes, flatware, and glassware. I was thinking of adding on one with Crate and Barrel too, I just wasn't sure if this was pushy or not...Maybe I am just going to the wrong locations. This is just so much more of a pain than I thought it would be!
Oh and Fi HATES it. He came with me this weekend and I think it's the last time. I'll go with my sister from now on!

Re: How many stores did you register with?
I think for the most part many people like Crate & Barrell. My girlfriend registered there, and a dept. store (mid-west - forget the name) but anyway, she did say almost all her gifts from C&B were bought.

Re: How many stores did you register with?
Only one store - Pottery Barn. Thats really the only store that I wanted more than one or two things.

I registered at Crate and Barrel for everyday barware and dishes. We are also going to register at Bloomies for crystal and appliances.

Re: How many stores did you register with?
I registered at three as well for the same reason as NOVEMBERBRIDE. I have family coming from 8 or 9 different states and want to make it easy for everyone.

Re: How many stores did you register with?
We registered at 2. Bed, Bath & Beyond and Target. I don't think 3 would be too much, especially if you can't find everything you want to register for at the first two. Plus it will give people more choices.

Re: How many stores did you register with?
Right now I am registerd at Fortunoff... I thought I was going only register at ONE place, but since I'm having a hard time find everyday things, I'm considering Bed Bath & Beyond... Plus even though guests can purchase online for Fortunoff, there are a lot more locations of BBB for guests to browse at
I do not think 3 is too much. A friend of mine registered at 3 to give guests different prices ranges. She did:
Target - less expensive
BBB - moderate
Crate & Barrel - more expensive

Re: How many stores did you register with?
We registered at Fortunoff and Crate and Barrel. We have only been engaged for 2.5 months and we have barely anything left on crate and barrel already.I am going to have to add more!!!!!!

Re: How many stores did you register with?
I registered at 5!!!
I did it all online, and almost everything I registered for was at the all the stores. I figured, why not? It gives people a choice and a better price! First I registered at Bloomingdales only to find out they had very little, so I did Macy's, then bed bath and beyond (all online) Fortunoffs (mostly online) and then Target. My FI is out east and its easier for them to reach Target and Macys while my family is closer to BB and beyond, and fortunoffs. I don't mind looking at my registries and updating them often. I think its fun! BTW, I found that the EXACT same company and kitchen items- Caphalon- was almost half price at Target.

Re: How many stores did you register with?
Fortunoffs, Macy's and Crate and Barrell (the C&B is only for this one shower tho...we are having a 'Stock the Bar' party and the C&B stuff is barware from there).
