How many tables for cocktail hour?

So I'm going through my selection of tables for cocktail hour and I just don't know how many I should have. How many food tables is everyone having for their cocktail hour?? Is there an average amount?!

Do you mean how many stations you're going to have?

We are going to have 4 'action' stations (probably wine/cheese pairing, mexican, mojito and pasta stations), a tuscan station (you know, the fruit, assorted salads, etc), a bread table, and then I'm pretty sure we get 8 options for chafing dishes. We also have like 10 hand passed hors d'ourves.

How many people are you having? To be honest, most RHs provide more than enough food for the cocktail hour, whatever is part of your package should be more than enough.

Yes! Cocktail station tables lol. We're having 185-200 people

How many tables for cocktail hour?

I don't know your venue, but as long as they are constantly replenishing the stations, you shouldn't need more than 5 or 6 stations. Plus, you'll have the passed hors d'ourves, plus people will be at the bar. The goal is to make sure that you don't have lines. What is your RH offering?

How many tables for cocktail hour?

I think 8 stations will be MORE than enough. For myself, I'm not too worried about the food. I've been to a whole bunch of weddings, and I've NEVER gone home hungry, so I wouldn't be too worried about it.

We have 6 stations of food being made in front of you and tons of other hot/cold foods. I'd also say 6-8

How many tables for cocktail hour?

We have 12 stations plus 6 extra chafing dishes and passed for approx 180 guests. I think 8-10 stations is fine.
