I want to spend about $400 - for invites, envelopes with return address printed on them, response sets, and reception cards.
I need 100. So $4 per invite set - does that sound like an OK price?

I spent about $4 and invite... I did the 2 layered invites from Mygatsby... I'll get around to posting pictures some day!

i did my own and got the invites from AC Moore .. 2 packs of 50 (invite,envelope,rsvp card,envelope) with a 50% coupon i paid $13 each ... VERY easy to print up .. i didn't want to spend so much money on something that people are just going to throw away - jmo

i found invites for $90 for 100 invites!! .. they look really nice too! Some places really overcharge.

We spent a little over $500 for 100 pocketfolds from notfromabox.com. They were totally worth the money, we recieved so many compliments.

We won't be starting our invites until later on this month. We are doing DIY pocketfolds and estimate it will cost us around $200 max.

So doable I spend about 400 on our invites and response cards & Envelopes. A lot if it is do it yourself but it lets you be creative. I got mine from invitesite.com

I searched and searched and searched until I found something I loved, in our color and theme, that was reasonable. No chance I was about to spend alot here on paper that will be thrown away, JMO. We spent like $200 on 100. I knew when to strike...there were two discount codes at the time.

I am spending about $350 for about 150 invitations....
IMO - I wanted to find something elegant without spending too much money because it will end up being paper that 95% of people who receive it will just throw in the garbage.......

And I splurged on pre-made ribbons: $450 for 125 invites, response cards, reception cards, tissues, inner envelopes & even place cards. Tax included.
