How much do tux rentals go for?

I went to one place last night that told us it was $175.00 including shoes, hankie, tie, vest, jacket and pants.

Does that seem normal, low or high compared to what other have paid? This is the only place I have looked so far, but I want to know if this is about what everyone has paid.

I feel guilty, the girls gowns only cost $120.00 plus alterations, and they get to keep theirs after the wedding!

My GM paid $150 each, with shoes & all.

DH's rental was free.

We've got a great deal...$95.00. We pick them up either Tuesday or Wed., and return them on Monday...it's like a 5 day rental.

We got it from a tux place on Main Street in Port Jefferson.
