I've seen handwritten calligraphy anywhere from $1.00 to $3.50 per invitation, and depends if you have your return address pre-printed. I'm using www.goodhuedesigns.com.

My planner does custom invites. She prints and makes them herself. Her samples are gorgeous.

I got a quote from an Etsy artist for $1.00 per line. (not per invite)

I used Panacheprinting.org (I found her on the knot) and she charged me 0.80 per invite!
