How much money did you pay for your wedding dress? Did anyone have any luck at $99 sales?

Arghh..you guys are making me jealous. So far I've found only two dresses that I love and they're both $2700. I really do not want to spend that..I cannot afford it and my parents will be very unhappy if they have to spend that but I have found nothing else that I like. I'm very upset by this.
I'm haveing the same problem!! All the dresses that I love are just too expensive for me. My parents are buying my dress from me, and I don't want to go crazy. Even before my parents told me that they would be buying my dress, I was still looking for more inexpensive dresses, I've never been the type to buy very expensive things. Soooooo frustrating!! Oh, well I'll just keep looking, I'll find it somewhere!

I got mine at David's Bridal. It was a Monique Luo originally at $950, but it was the last day of the sale so I got $200 off. It ended up being $750, but you pay for the under skirt thing... the veil... the shoes... etc. They gave me 15% off though, so I'm not sure what other deals they give or how much they charge for alterations.

Maybe you could find the dress that you liked somewhere else for less? I know lots of girls order their dresses over the internet for discounts. I think one of the sites is www.gownfind.com.
