How much input does FH have...

Obviously, he won't be seeing my dress but what about hairstyles, makeup application, BM dresses?

I do not really want to show him the hairstyles that I want but I think he wants to put his 2 cents in....any ideas?

Originally I was going to let FI have a say in the BM dresses. He doesn't like pink (my favorite) and I had planned to choose another color. However, I realized that I really wanted pink and I'd be upset if I had to settle for another color. FI doesn't have to wear it and doesn't have to hang up pictures of the girls wearing pink. I chose the BM dresses and he got to choose the GM tuxes. If your FI really wants a say in it, let him help make decisions. If he doesn't really care, do what will make you happy. He'll think you look beautiful no matter what makeup your wear and what hairstyle you choose. If you want, show him a bunch of pictures, have him pick some out that he likes, and make a hairstyle decision from those pictures. That way, he'll be happy with what you choose and you can still maintain the element of surprise.

FH had a say in the color of the dresses and when we decided on the dresses, it was up to MOH. FH has chosen every other thing with me, from flowers, color scheme, cake styles, favors, you name it, he helps choose.

Just today, I printed out a bunch of cakes that I liked and I had my heart set on two of them, but I didn't tell him. Well, he said 'either one of these' and they were the two that I chose! We have the same style in stuff, so it's good.

As for hair, I have very short hair so I am limited to styles. Also, he has no say about anything I am wearing, because i want to surprise him.

My FH has seen everything....i mean he didnt have a say about my dress or the girls dresses....but everything!

LOL you girls are nuts about your FH seeing your dress....i was SOOO excited when i ordered mine...that i COULDNT keep the picture away from him....its not a pic of me though....just some skinny model in it...lol!!!!

When its me in the dress...it will be 100% different!!!

I let DH 'assist' with decisions that were entire wedding related...nothing to do with what i wore at all. (sidebar: i even 'assisted' in chosing his tux...thinks it was his idea...heeheehee)
