How much is your wedding costing in total (Poll)

Ok Gabby you inspired me to post this question because I am dying to know what people are spending and if I am above or below average...

Only participate if you feel comfortable.

Feel free to include what month, what day of week, how many pp.

Ok here goes: Saturday afternoon wedding, 200+ people, I am in the $50-60 range. Oh it makes me weak! I have included every vendor, dress, band, honeymoon, etc in this price.

I spent $103 K. So worth it. 370 guest, Saturday night in March.

way to much.....i shouldve just not listened to anyone and did a destination wedding and put a downpayment on a house

For a Saturday night in January for 110 it was around 20K or a little less. That also included RD, gifts, HM, hair & makeup, dress, etc. but it doesn't include the rings. DH won't tell me what he paid for them (he bought the wedding ring with the engagement ring).

for just over 300 guests my wedding in total iwill be about 79 -85K

thats not including rings, dress $ accedssories, things like unity candle, bm/gm/fg/parent gifts.....

that includes the recpetion, limos, video, photo, lighting, linens, invitations, programs, favors, church

I added mine up and it may not be alot to some of you girls but F#ck

right around $28,000
my parents gave me half and I did the rest yes 'I' did it so proud

Friday night in March booked 6 months back and researched alot alot of different vendors

I never ever planned to have a wedding. When my FH confessed he REALLY wanted it I caved. I caved because I never thought I could love someone so much, and I know that if it's what I realy wanted he would make sure I got it!

We were prepared to pay it all by ourselves. My mom stepped in about 3 months after we picked our RH and asked us if she could help. HECK YES!

She asked us how much we anticipated spending, at the time we told her 20k. So she told us she would pay for the RH which was a majority of the cost. Since then she has also offered to pay fo rmy dress and a few other things which really adds up to half of the 30k we are spending.

IMO, our wedding will be fantastic as long as I stop listening to other people. I don't see how we could have spent any less money and had the same quality affair.

Some people have the great fortune of parents who have been waiting their whole daughters life for this wonderful day and are covering the whole cost, and that is amazing!!!! Not everyone can be so fortunate.

like my friend, I am not gonna say names.............blah .............who is getting a raw bar for 4$ upgrade while ours is a 20$ upgrade!

so unfair!!!!!!!!!!
