Are you throwing the shower??? If so, then the shower will be the gift, if not, then definatly $200!!

I agree, if youre REALLY close, Id go crazy But $200-$250 is a good amount to go by.

I spent $170 in buy buy baby last week & felt that wasnt enough so I am going to purchase another $100 worth off her pottery barn kids registry tomorrow

definatly go crazy if you and her are close. Have fun. You can also make a basket for her filled with lots of baby stuff like nail clippers, bibs, bottles, towels, and fun newborn products.
