Off from work before/during/after your wedding?

ie: I plan on taking off two days before the wedding and then two weeks for the HM.

Well I was planning on taking off 2days before the wedding, the day off and 5 days after, but since I'll be leaving my job to move to NJ I decided to put my two weeks in before my wedding instead of after. So may give myself the whole week before my wedding off.. If not more. So as of right now a week off before my wedding.. but it may change to 2 weeks soon.

One week before and two and a half weeks after. 17 work days because HM encompasses memorial day.

now, when I leave mentally, that's another story

I think I will be taking off the Friday before my wedding ( wedding is a Sunday) and 2 weeks for HM and to unwind.

i'm taking five days off before the wedding only because i'm planning it from chicago. hoping there won't be many loose ends to tie up at that point, though.

I'm taking the 5 days before the wedding too since I'm planning from Michigan.

Then I'm taking 3 weeks after. Our honeymoon is over 2 weeks, but we have to fly back to NY. Then we'll spend a day or two with family and come back to Michigan by the weekend.

Luckily I am a teacher so my last day of work in June 15th and don't have to return until August 25th!!

I am having a Destination wedding.

We plan on leaving the Wednesday (6/28/06) for our Sat. wedding (7/1) stay in the wedding spot for 5 days and then fly to our honeymoon spot until 7/11.

I think I might do a half day the monday and not go in the Tuesday.....

I am taking 2 days before, 3 days after and that will lead into Spring Recess, which is 7 days off of school.

I dont have to worry about it but my fiances vacation ends the week before Oh well. He might just work something out.

Im taking the Tues-Fri off before the wedding. We are having alot of OOT guests that I want to spend time with before leaving that following Monday for our HM

Im taking 1/2 day thursday,wedding is friday, then going back to work on Monday. My boss wont let me take a honeymoon, no one in the office knows my job, so i can only take vacation when he closes the office for his vacation which isnt until end of August and FH cant take off at that time, so no HM for us.

I got married on a Friday night. I took off that Thursday and Friday. Then two weeks afterwards for my honeymoon.

THe day before the wedding i got a manicure and pedicure and a massage. IT WAS GREAT.
