How much did everyone spend on there Veil? I got quoted $185 for the veil only at Barrons is this a good price? Where did you get you veil?

I think mine was about $104 for fingetip length 'angel' cut with a blusher. Had a ribbon edge. Try VeilShop.com

Ug - I totally paid too much – well, I guess, actually I paid nothing at all - my Mom bought it for me - it is 3 tiers with a tiara like comb, satin edge, 1 cathedral and 2 fingertip tiers $700 total for the veil and comb…. But they put it on me with the dress and I was in love.

Mine was $300, which was more than I wanted to spend, but it was made by the designer of my dress and it matched it perfectly.

$5 for ivory 31 inch long single layer veil (at AC Moore) + $17 for crystals for edging (DYI project).
Total: $22 with crystal edging.
At first I was so reluctant to buy a veil at AC Moore but something similar was about $80-$100 at the store.

I think it really depends on what kind of veil you want. I tried on a mantilla with an alencon lace border in the Wedding Salon of Manhasset for $1500. I'm having the same type of veil made for $250 by Phyllis.
Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are very easy to deal with. I've already purchased 2 veils from her but unfortunately I can't use either.

It is the viel this girls is wearing..however that is not my dress..the second pic is my dress...but the pattern is the same on the beading.
25 dollars from ebay (veilsbylana) its a two tier crystals scattered elbow length

MIne was $50 from Barron's. It's a 2 layer elbow length with a very narrow satin band along the edge.

mine was more than I thought I'd ever spend, but the moment I put it on, my parents and I all agreed it was PERFECT... it was just uner $400.

$40--simple two layer fingertip with plain edge, just what i wanted! the price totally depends on what you are getting.....ive found barrons prices to be extremely competitive

My god mother bought my veil, I did NOT expect it at al!! I have no idea how much it was, but The Wedding Salon in Manhasset everything is $$$$

$40 white 2 tier (w/comb) no edge veil at Floral Fantasyland. I was quoted for the same exact veil at Macy's $200
