I feel like my list of expenses just grows and grows and grows, and I can't believe I am spending this much on my wedding....
Which leads me to ask, how much do you think you will spend on your wedding overall? (Including honeymoon too...)

we are having appx 120 guests and with the hm a little over 40k, but that doesnt include my dress bc my mom is paying for that and my parents are giving us 10k so now i need to find how to get 30,000 more. it makes me sick thinking about it. my fh says we r running a business rather than a marriage bc all we take about is $$.

Right now with my current expenditures and cost estimates for things we haven't done yet (and I was being generous with the estimates)
We're in the ballpark of 23,000 - 25,500.
We're paying for pretty much everything ourselves, the only help so far was a little money from his family and my parents paying for half my dress.
We might get a timeshare from a family member, so at least that might cut down the HM costs somewhat!!!
We're doing better than my brother who said his cost him about $30K 2 years ago!!

according to the budget, it's hovering around $40k, but that's without the HM. we're paying for the whole thing ourselves.

We spent about 30k on the wedding for 165 guests - our parents contributed roughly half.
Our honeymoon came out to 6k for everything (flights, hotels, car, food, gifts etc.)
Way too much but we had the party of a lifetime!

Sad to say about 59-60k with our honeymoon & spend money. It truly got out of hand & we ended up having to take a loan out the last month or so. Thankfully the inlaws paid for our band & wedding favors.

We anticipate to be in the $50K range. My poor FH is from Pennsylvania and is beside himself at what things cost.
