Across the street from my aunt there is a house that has 2 apts. 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. My cousin and her husband and their daughter (who I babysit for on mondays) moved in to the downstairs apt. Mike and I are thinking of taking the top floor only for a little while since we are hoping to get a house really soon. Top floor is 3 bedrooms. My cousin will be living downstairs so we will be able to use her washer and dryer and yard and driveway. Just wondering if its a good price or a lot of money? How much would you think this is worth?

I live in a condo in Hauppauge and the people who rent theirs out get not less than 1300 for a ONE BEDROOM! So consider yourself lucky!

3 bedrooms in Bellmore, I would think at least 1500.00 and up
