How soon after the wedding are you leaving for the HM?

I'm just curious how soon after the wedding is over that everyone plans to leave for their honeymoon?
I figured I'd take a day after the wedding to just relax and breathe. But my FH's brother recommended to us to leave the morning after the wedding for Hawaii so we'd just sleep through the whole plane ride. He said if we don't sleep on the plane, we'll be exhausted when we get to Hawaii and will lose like a day and a half there. So he said after the wedding we'd be so tired, that we'd just sleep right through the plane ride and be better off.

We're leaving the Monday after our Saturday night wedding. We want to enjoy the brunch my parents are throwing and then open our gifts and finish packing- we leave early that Monday am for St. Lucia. I'm sure I'll still sleep even though I had one day in-between!

We're planning on going on our honeymoon a minimum of 3 months after our wedding because of our work schedules.
We are planning on leaving the next day to a B&B in the mountains.

Haha, we're waiting a month! I'm a teacher so we'll go in July or August, whichever month/day of the week it's cheaper to fly and stay. It's nice to have some leeway there and be able to shop around for fares.

We're getting married Friday and leaving for our HM on tuesday. Airfare is usually cheapest on Tuesdays plus it gave us a few days to get our **** together.

About 1 1/2 months after our wedding. We are getting married on April 26th and leaving for our HM July 3rd.

The wedding is Sunday, we are leaving Thursday b/c we are going on a tour.

We got married Saturday evening and left Monday morning. I highly suggest doing this. If you leave Sunday you will be wiped out.

About four weeks. We're both teachers, so we're waiting until the end of the school year for the HM. But we'll take a few days off after the wedding for a mini-moon =)

I couldn't take a whole semester leave for, so I'm waiting until my break!
