I am lookin into this pair of shoes and it says the heels are 2 3/4 inches high- yet they look shorter in the picture. I am so short and don't want to look 'stumpy' in pictures if my heels are too low (I am 4'11).
ALSO
Do you think strappy sandal wedding shoes are equally as elegant as closed toe or do you think one is mor elegant than the other?

I think mine are 1/2'--fh is only about an inch taller than me--plus, I plan on wearing my shoes all night long and I wouldn't be able to do that in anything taller.
In response to your second question, I think many strappy shoes are just as elegant and closed toed shoes. It all depends on the style and which shoes you compare. Good Luck!
Mine are about 1/2' because as it is I am 5'7' and he is 5'5'.

Loooooove to dance so mine are not high. 2', maybe 2' and change--i'm not sure. They look pretty conservative, but they're super comfortable. All of the Kenneth Cole bridal shoes I saw seem to have lower heels

Mine are 3 1/2. I'm tall also but I love heels. When I wear flats I feel strange.

have not bought them but I always wear at least 2 - 3 inches - even to work. I'm 5' 3 1/2' - that half inch makes all the difference.

I just ordered my shoes yesterday (because the last one in my size had something wrong with it). It's a 2 1/2' heel.
They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had on! It comes in Wide. Maybe you should check them out Gail. They're silk satin
