How Vendors Dress

Has anyone ever heard of vendors not dressing up for your wedding??

I've recently heard that some vendors show up in jeans! I would be so upset if any of my vendors showed up in jeans. If I don't expect my guest to be in jeans, I most certainty don't expect my vendors to be in jeans.

Could you imagine??

I've only heard it about one vendor also... I wonder if it's the same one.

I've noticed on most of mine that they put on their website or somewhere that they dress formally. I think it's even in the contract!
I know it was in my DJs contract, and honestly I think it would be hip if he dressed like a club DJ lol but I'm weird and I know he shouldn't do that lol.
It's just another thing to look out for in the contracts!!

i notice one wedding i went to and the vendors dress in jeans and t-shirt that dont look good at all. I make sure or ask my vendor how their dress when they do any events...

a friend had her photographers dressed like slobs at her wedding, cut off denim shorts... needless to stay they lost 85% of her pics and she's suing them...

I'm sure it is! My photographer- who is no longer my photographer...

I went to a wedding with FH and there was a couple dressed like slobs-she was in a summer dress with birkenstocks and he wore jeans---it was the photographers!!!!!!
I made sure to ask each and every vendor what they will wear

I can't imagine any one on LI doing that! Yikes! I know my photog, DJ, and Limo companies all mentioned it to me specifically, I didn't think twice. (I was kind of thinking, 'duh.')
