how well do u take criticism?

me, not so well...some pple r cruel and should keep there mouthes shut...depends on the subject at hand i suppose

If I am trying really hard to do something well but get criticized, I fall apart. It also depends how the critizism is worded.

also, depends how it is worded for me. I get into a funk if it puts me down.

Usually, I say ok, I will try to work on that and I go somewhere to cry my eyes out.

When I am given criticism I get very defensive a lot of the times. Sometimes it takes everything in my power to just bite my tongue and say it's all to help you....well most of the time it is.

I don't take it so well at the time, but if I think about it and I know that the criticism is right, I will work on changing or doing something different/better next time.

Me too, and to be honest sometimes I don't make it to that somewhere and cry my eyes out right there!!!

No, I wish I were better at handling it... but overall I do not take critisicm well. I take it faaaaaaaaaar too personally sometimes (that is my sensitive nature coming into play )

Depends on how the criticism is given.

If nicely then I'm ok with it. I know I'm not perfect.

But if someone embarasses me in public or is using insults under the guise of 'critcism' then no I don't take it well.

I think I take it well as long as it is constructive. If it is just said to be cruel then I will get defensive.

I was working on something @ work, and kept getting it back in my mail box Finally today I sat, thought, handed in and my supervisor came in and was like 'Yes, this is what I mean'. I do get angry for a few mins. and then just keep trying till I get it right!!

I welcome criticism - however, when it's negative, you often have to consider the source.

I'm very sensitive, so if it's in a professional sense, I usually try to hold back tears while I smile and nod...then I go somewhere and cry!

If my family is giving the criticism, then i'm likely to get defensive and argue..and cry!

Don't really think about if I think people are talking about me.. it's them that have no lives... not me... so I guess I take it okay... I don;t even acknowledge it.. waste of my time

Nobody would dare criticize the classless king anyways... so I have nothing to worry bout.
