my FH and I have similar tastes thank god!! we decide on everything together and we havent had any issues yet - for the most part we like the same style - we're total pottery barn people

I'll show him what I like, he'll show me what he likes. Then we find something in the middle. Our tastes aren't too different and we live together now so we did a little bit of that when we moved in. I'm not worried!

i guess we kind of compromise. but mostly i do it all.

i picked all the colors for the rooms and then i make FH do all the painting.
but hey, he got is flat screen tv and his bar!! so its sort of a compromise.

Please - i WISH he had an opinion on such things. he says it himself - he needs a bed a chair and a computer desk - THATS IT! lolol ENJOY the fact that you have someone with an opinion on these things. even if you disagree - its nice to have input!!

FH likes how I've always decorated my other apts, so he's willing to give me reigns to decorate our new place. but so far we've been working together on everything. Usually I'll run things past him before purchasing.
