So, with 2010 right around the corner how is your budgeting/saving going? Are you right where you thought would be or behind like I am. I told FH last night that we need to save an additional $400 a month ($200 from each) in order for us to be SOMEWHAT on sched.
WE are DEF behind! thank goodness FH saves more then he makes HAHA! Can't figure out how he does it though! We should be ok though and HOPEFULLY our tax returns will help out a little bit.

We are sticking around budget, but there's a lot of little things that weren't even put in to the budget...so like right now we're budgeted around like $26,000 I think...but it might end up being closer to $30,000...
Ugh!! I hate thinking about it we are pretty much on track but I still get so nervous about coming up short in the end.
Right now I'm probably going to be $200 over our projected budget, which isn't alot at all but we are saving at a very slow pace unfortunately so I'm relying heavily on bonuses and tax refunds to ease some of this stress
adriana we are in the same boat with saving $400 but we pretty much do at least that anyway i am just scared we will need more money than expected
When I made our budget I gave myself a limit of 30k. This weekend I added all the vendors booked so far( only have to book florist) we are at a little over 21k which is awesome. And that was before I take out photo/video which the FIL's are paying. Then I don't have to pay for invites and the dress so we are good on that end. The savings part is slowly but surely coming especially since we had a hard time during the time FH was laid off. I'm hoping by this time next year we have over 5K of what needs to be paid banked to put towards getting out of our parents house
