ok so whats with this hurricane that we are supposed to get or is heading our way? when is it supposed to hit????

They really can't tell what path its going to go in.
They said they should know more earlier next week.

We were watching the weather channel last night and one of the paths it 'could' take would bring it here like next Saturday, my due date, so that would be fun

I just saw tht it won't even hit land (FL to NC) until next sat...then it takes days to get to NY

I'm getting a little nervous!!! Joe wants to buy a generator after News 12 said that LIPa would take 2-4 weeks to restore power if a major storm hit!!!!

I saw on channel 5 before with the computer models that by next Friday it MAY be right off the LI south shore coast. I could use a good storm but this hurricane is STRONG!!

Oh please please please do the no hurricane dance! My wedding is this Sunday and my whole family is driving up from Florida this week. nd now they're referring to it as 'SUPER Hurricane Isabel' like freaking 'Hurricane' wasn't bad enough!

I remember Hurricaine Gloria in 1984 or 5. We had no power for at least two weeks. School was closed for so long, that we lost our spring recess and had to go straight through from January to June

A friend of mine is supposed to fly up from Florida on Friday and we were supposed to meet up in Manhattan on Saturday. Not sure it's going to happen now!
