I don't know! It wouldn't have been terrible if I made the mistake of 30 min earlier but there's a wedding right after mine so there's no way they will bump everything up a 1/2 hour!
I even wrote on the accommodation card that the shuttles will be picking everyone up at the hotel at 12! It takes 20 minutes to get there!
I am so screwed!

I don't think the RH will push the CH back 30 min cause there's a wedding right after me so they prob need that time to set up.
I will prob have to send out postcards or something...do you think that's tacky?
I am beyond pissed at myself. All the freakin time I put into those invites and just to fu&k it up!

omg I am soooooo sorry this happened but at least u realized it so now what u can do is either send out the postcards OR send a mass email to everyone and let them know what happened good luck keep us posted

you have everyone's addresses, have nice notecards made up saying that the time of the ceremony has been changed to 12 and send them out in like 2 weeks, that way it looks like the rh changed it or something. you can even send out a a reminder like 2 weeks before the wedding. make it seem like no big deal and it won't be a big deal!

That's also a good idea! I don't want everyone to know I messed it up! How embarrassing is that?! I'll never hear the end of those cracks! When I send out baby shower invites my fam and FH fam would both be calling to check the time just to be wise @sses!

Can't you just fix that 1 card??? In your profile it looks like you did them DIY... Can't you just fix them? I think you have enough time.
I know it stinks, and you will need to do the envelopes over ( you most likely will be able to peel off the stamps), but I think it will cause a lot of confusion if you send out another card.... JMO

I like this idea, too ... make it seem like the RH changed it, and it'll be easier than trying to re-do all the invites

I have metallic envelopes and tried to peel off the stamps last night...doesn't work. My invites are $1.18 a peice to mail and I can't buy new stamps and new envelopes...it's a lot of $$. I start my new job tomorrow and I am working 8-8 so I don't even have time to do this again....ya know. I hate to send them out wrong but really don't have another option

I tried with an iron....didn't work. Is there something else I can use to steam it open with???

Have you sealed and envelope and found you need it open again? Place it in the freezer for a few hours and then slid a knife under the flap to open it. When you want, you can reseal the envelope.
