Okay so, it's not even 2 months after my wedding day, and I JUST put my thank-you cards in the mail (well, for my side, anyway). I already wrote out most of DH's side, just need to finish them this weekend.

DON'T be mad at me for getting it done so quickyl! I am too anal and OCD to have them sitting there and not get them done right away

A few of my cousins got married in April and May and they haven't sent theirs out yet. Ooops

i just received ours yesterday and i'm dreeeeaaadding writing them sent out a few this morning to those VIP guests who gave lotsa gifts - hahaha!

Good for you! I sent mine out today and we have been married almost three months. We have been to two weddings since ours and got their thanks yous already. Ours just took two months to come in. One less thing now I have to worry about.

Good for you! I had mine out before three months and I wrote my shower thank yous the night of my shower!! I just feel so much better when everything is taken care of!

haha. I have a feeling i'm going to get 'em done pretty quick also. I'll be outta work for a little bit so it's not as though I won't have the time. Plus I can't handle things hanging over my head like that. When something needs to get done, it needs to get done NOW!! lol.

That is good! I just got mine back yesterday so I will be starting them in the next couple of days. They will definitely be out before Christmas!

I didn't use the thank you's from the photographer. I actually had a family member take a pic of DH and I for our thank you. I wrote them all out at the same time and sent them all out the week we got home from our honeymoon. My photog said it could take 2 months from when we picked our pic for them to come in and I didn't want to wait that long. So many of the guests were raving about how fast I got them out. Most people don't realize that it takes a long time to get them from the photographer and are many are insulted when it takes to long. I know my family was when it took 6 months to get one from my aunts stepdaughter. Just an FYI to those who are procrastinating. It can come back to bite you if you have a housewarming or baby shower.
