I am really not a prude but.....

So I don't mean to preach and like I said to each their own but...

These boards are PUBLIC people! I mean what anyone writes online can follow them for a long time. I know myspace and facebook can be much more damaging than LIW but still. People lurk these boards.

Just yesterday there was a thread about vendors lurking, and how we are uncomfortable with it and feel it is wrong. I agree with that.

But are you comfotable kowing that a vendor you might visit and possibly hire will know that you (I am sure they can identify us by our pics) like it from behind and enjoy swallowing? They read these, it isn't only brides (and grooms) unfortunatly, it is strangers and moms....

Like I said I am not a prude many of the Sextions of the Day I have read on the '09 board have been nothing but funny (different names for a p*nis, or who would you rather do... innocent questions)... I just think some things are better left offline.

I am no prude and what everyone does is their own business, just remember before you post and/or reply we (meaning the 2010 brides/grooms) are not the only ones reading these

It is a personal decision whether or not to respond though....

I know you know it's a personal decision and I think what you are saying is a good reminder

These are public forums and i feel people should be aloud to post whatever they want

That's why I don't respond to them either. I know for a fact that my mom lurks on these boards every once in a while b/c I told her to join the moms board (which she hasn't yet), but she did come on and find me. Also, on my STD's it has my LIW website which if people figure it out, has my username on it. So they can find me through that too.

I just don't post anything I wouldn't say in reality.

I don't think that every question I put up will be raunchy like that...also if there is someone else that everyone feels would be better I wouldn't be offended! I just stepped in to fill a request that a lot of girls seemed to have.

I have a lot of fun on these boards with you girls and I don't want anyone to be uncomfortable...I can def ask tamer questions so everyone can join in the fun!

i'm assuming since everyone knows its a public forum that they are aware who may be reading what they write.
if they still choose to post then its on them. if you dont like a topic than dont read it and dont post on it. if people choose to put their info out there than thats their business and they shouldnt have to be lectured for it.
alot of people are very open about their sex life and what they do and thats ok. there's nothing wrong with that. there's also nothing wrong with wanting to keep it private.
neither side should be judging the opposites feelings and actions

I definitely agree....there have been other instances where family or friends have read someone's posts about venting and then they call you out on it.

Obviously people can say whatever they want but definitely keep it mind what that is and know that people can read it.

i dont feel that we need to be reminded of this. i think everyone is aware that these are public forums. at least once a day someone is posting about lurkers, or a family member reading.

if people wanna discuss how, why, when they swallow... i think it's their perogative and dont need to be lectured on how it's a public board. some people really dont care who knows what INCLUDING family members!!!

like people have stated... if you dont want your info known publically... it's simple.... dont put it out there. but dont get on the people that dont care who reads it
