I am ROTFLMAO at my In-laws...

So we found out yesterday that we are having a boy. I sent an E-mail to my MIL, SILs, & FIL saying that it was a boy and that his name would be:

Aguacate Trujillo Fidel Jake Elwood Commonlastname

I thought it was pretty obvious that it was a joke. Yes, I am Latina, but come on!! Don't you think that's just a TAD too long of a name to be real???? And Aguacate means AVOCADO in Spanish!!! If you didn't know that, Fidel had to clue you in!!

This is the E-mail I get back from my MIL:

You will have to give me a Spanish lesson so I can properly pronounce my
grandson's name. Is it after your Uncle???


NO- I DON'T HAVE AN UNCLE NAMED AVOCADO!!!


And from my SIL:

Now, I am sorry to show my ignorance but how do you pronounce the first name? I know how to say the rest I am just stuck on the first name. Sorry! Also...what is the meaning/history of the names?

You have fabulous in-laws! You should give them major kudos for being non-judgemental and supportive. Of course now you just have to hope that when you tell them the real name that they don't think you are kidding!
