I invited more people than I should have cause I was pretty sure the people in FLA wouldnt come all the way to NY in February for my wedding. Well, I think IM like a celebrity or something cause EVERYONES pretty much coming. Only 10 RSVP'd no. My mom is slipping me some money on the side but I still have to come up with the rest. Why did I do that? Im over by 30 people. WOOHOO Good job me!
I wish I was in your shoes honestly. I had to invite certain people because of politics and now Im stuck. What Im worried about is that some people might have RSVP yes and wont show up the day of the wedding. Or maybe that would actually help me.

Thats the reason why I dont listen to the RH when they said 20% wont come...
I know EVERYONE that was invited will come to my wedding.. We are having a small affair of just family and close friends.. So I only invited my minimum... Which is 75 and I have 75 exactly.. FMIL is trying to get us to invite more but we said absolutely NOT!
this is exactly what i am worried about. I'm about 20 over my maximum only b/c I have to invite second cousins, family we don't speak to, friends etc. I'm so sorry this must be stressful. But i'm sure that it will work out.
I have an idea. FH and I will just have to RUN when the weddings over. We'll have a getaway car!!! Could you imagine??!!! HAHAHA

I'm going to be about 50 over my minimum of 125 - FH know this though - we're hoping that it's less than the 175 prediciton that we have..lol

Thats nice of them. MY parents footed the RH bill but only up to 100 people. Anything over is our responsibility

I hope so. Thats crazy of him! I would be going even more crazy right now if I had someone doing that. Ill be lucky if my father raises enough money to get himself to my wedding.

Wow...glad I'm not the only one! FH and I only budgeted for 400 in the beginning (we originally had 450 people on our list). We cut it down figuring we would now budget on about 385...with 430 being invited..I THOUGHT most of my family in FL wouldn't come...cause I dislike some and don't talk to them...and my aunt told me some of my cousins already booked airfare! I want to die! LOL Nothing we can do about it now...hopefully God makes us strike it rich somehow with lotto! LOL
