I AM SOOO FED UP!!!!!!!!!! UPDATED

So please let me know if you think that this is okay.....i get a call from one of my BM's and FHs sister that his fam isnt comming down till LATE thurs night getting in around 4am friday!!!!!!!Now this includes 3 BM 2 GM Flower Girl and MOG AND FOG..... our Bach parties are thurs night!! They didnt bother to come to my shower, now they arent comming to the bach parties, his WHOLE family is complaining about how much everything is costing and they dont have money.....mind you theyhavent paid for a darn THING! AND they arent getting their hair or makeup done!!!!!!!!!!!

FHs responce.....dont take it personal.............

*** UPDATE**

spoke with one of FHs sisters and i appologized for gettimg mad and cryng on her but i told her that I was hurt that she 'Forgot' about it and was upset that they are all missing it. She carified that only her her DH (GM) and Daughter (FG) will be getting in late...

she called a meeting with everyone for this weekend to all decide how to get down here and when they are comming.

thanks for all the support girl...i just needed a day to calm down and get it out ya know??

I am so sorry you are so stressed are these girls in your bridal party or just his family. One thing I can tell you is that no one should mess up this time for you. You can not let people take away any of your sunshine they don't want to be there forget them they are not worth your tears you are marrying the person you love and thats all that matters. People will disappoint us every day but if we sit and think about it we will be miserable. I hope things work out for you but remember the people who care most about you will be there and thats all that matters

kick them to the curb if they are failing on their duties forget them why stress yourself out. If you want them to be a part of your day let your fh talk to them and tell them their behavior is unacceptable

Try to focus on who is sharing this special time with you and enjoy that time with them...that's what matters. Try not to let it ruin your time with the people who are there. Sorry you're so stressed out about everything.

I agree with FH, don't take it personal. My BF lives in FLa and she is coming for the wedding. she is one of the BM. She can't be involved with the bach party or shower. My MOH, twin sister, will be very pregnant with twins around my wedding and may not even make it to the wedding now that they are expecting to deliver no later than 5 days after my wedding. She won't be into the bach party either. Find your female friends and have a good time with them. IMO, I don't care about the bach party. I know FH's sister-n-laws will do something with me and that is fine.

Hmmmm I see how that can be frustrating.. I have some family from out of state and she wasnt going ot get her hair done but I said that was my only stipulation, I am not asking them to get their makeup done becuase I just think its a lot. Neither of my BM and the one GM from FL are coming to our Bach parties, but I dont think its such a big deal, I know you want everyone there but I dont think that is the most important thing, I think it's important that they come to your Wedding day and share that day and moment with you because it is so special and most rememorable.. Try to think of that way, HTH!

its not even the fact that they arent comming to the bach parties....its that they arent paying for ANYTHING! anyone on FHs side, and all i hear about it how no one can afford it! There was never this issue when FHs sister got married 2 years ago....i knew the girl for 5 months and pretty much finished everything for her wedding for her!

My thing...if you arent contributing....don't open your mouth about not having the money....just dont tell me. they keep saying how this is a lavish affair...FHs sisters was at a hall where i LITERALLY had to stand on my chair after the ceremony and tell everyone to please bring thier chair inside or they would have no place to sit....his mom and her DHs mom did all the cooking and it was a bbq....it was fun just not something you could even do on LI since you cant really just rent a room without having to rent chairs and linens and plates and silverware and cook the food...it would have worked out to like 6 bucks cheaper per person.

They are acting like this is princess Di's wedding and my FMIL has been B***ching about how much she doesnt have the money to come blah blah blah, but had it to go meet men at hte casino..this is our only son and you knew for over a year where and when the wedding was.....your an adult...if you couldnt make the conscious decision to save 5 bucks a week then thats YOUR problem...i dont wanna hear about it.

All they are paying for is their dress, and transport....id like them to pay for their hair too since we all did it for FHs sister....why am i so different!! still cost me 56 bucks to get my hair done for her wedding....and its 75 for mine! IDK im just so frustrated that i do everyhing for everyone else and NO ONE has done ANYTHING for me....not even a card that they missed my shower

i'm so sorry youre going through this. and while youre FH is trying to comfort you and make you feel better. it must be SO HARD to not take this personally. because i would. they are being inappropriate and unsupportive.and someone needs to tell them so. if not your FH, then maybe your mother can talk with FMIL about this and how it is affecting BOTH you and FH's happiness.

if no one's attuitude changes--it seems a little late to kick them out of the BP. so the best decision might just be to start expecting nothing from these people. and dont include them in any other wedding activities. even though theyre BP. surround yourself with people who LOVE YOU and are EXCITED for you and want to help.

you deserve that.

Try not to let it stress you. Prices are a lot different now than 2 yrs ago-look at gas alone. Maybe their finances are different. My sister was well off 2 years ago and had to borrow from her best friend this year to finish construction on her home after she was laid off her job. I am hearing it from my of my BMs. She didn't get the dress cause of money. I met her at Davids and put it on my charge card. I haven't seen a cent for either BM's dress that is on my card. Everything will work out in the end. Maybe you can have a bachelorate party in Fla? do you have friends there?
