I am soooooo sick!!

Ughhhh. My son had the flu and I think he gave it to me!! . I ache all over and my throat is so sore I can barely swallow!!! He was sick for 5 days (finally starting to feel better). Please keep your fingers crossed for a quick recovery!

Get some rest (or try to) and drink lots of fluids (is that what you do for the flu?...or is that a cold?)...anyway, I hope you feel better real soon!!!

Thanks all. I still feel like garbage..or perhaps garbage that has been run over by a truck! I hate being sick. My head is pounding, my throat is sore and I just generally don't want to move. Other than that I am fine .

Erica.....not happening!!! I plan on keeping my lead (I hope since I missed last weeks show ). We shall see what happens tonight (if I can stay awake).

It is definitely going around. I don't have the body aches but my throat has been killing me all week. Luckily I went to the doctor yesterday and got tested for strep = Negative but she gave me antibiotics to clear up what I have. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks again everyone. I still feel completely horrible!! Hoping I will feel better by tomorrow! Drinking lots of tea and eating chicken soup. Hope it helps!
