FH says that the first month is the hardest...he crashed in the afternoon..needed naps, got headaches..sugar lows etc so once you get over that hump month its should be ok...hes lost approx 20 pounds of fat by now

I have dropped 2 dress sizes I been doing slimfast since oct. its kinda hard but you can do it.
