Okay, I won a gift certificate to Bridal reflections which is awesome and I will use to buy my gown and all of my accessories which is great, but since I am plus size, I wanted to go to another place to try on dresses so I can get my booty into them! I went to Helen's and Bridal Elegance and snuck pics at both! I thought I wanted a dress with straps and a V-neckline and a A line gown. Well, I put one on and I looked HORRIBLE! I tried this one gown on at Bridal Elegance and FELL IN LOVE! Now, heres my problem, why did I have to be a moron and fall in love with a gown that was not at Bridal Reflections and they do not carry the designer? What do I do???? It is only $490 from Bridal Elegance, but I have $3500 for Bridal Reflections. Okay now for pics!

Style I thought I wanted...eww gross, I know. I look about 10 million pounds heavier then I am....not flattering at all and it was 2 sizes too big!

I say buy your dream dress for 490, and then buy a really beautiful dress from bridal reflections for the full 3500, ad sell it on here or ebay for like 1500.
you'll come out with some money, and someone on here or ebay will get a really nice dress for much less...

Brilliant Carolyn! I was going to say buy the dress you LOVE for $490...you just know when it's your dress. I was also going to say, find out if the 3500 is transferable...maybe offer it to someone, or maybe mom can get a dress...but...I like Carolyn's idea better.

the gc is awesome! did u show BR the pictures of the dress you love? The might have something similar or maybe can get a dress that looks similar to the one u love....maybe at a different location?

The one from bridal elegance is beautiful! Can't bridal reflections order you that dress? Maybe they have a dress that is very similar to that one that they can help you find.
