I broke my Foot!

Six weeks before my wedding!

I was at the supermarket and I slipped and fell. FH rushed me to the ER. I couldn't believe it when I got back from xray and they told me it was broken....

I go to the orthopedic Doctor tomorrow to hear what the recovery will be like, but the ER doctor said maybe about 4 weeks Which will be plenty of time to get myself back together... If anything I will have my dress shortened and will wear flats.

Im going to be ok. Im staying positive..

Sue the supermarket and have them pay for your wedding!!

I totally agree, I know someone that this happened to, she didnt break her foot but, did get hurt and won her case.

DONT rush your recovery!!!!! G-d forbid you are still in a cast by your wedding no one will see the cast!

Just dont rush soemthing that can affect the rest of your life and you healing process.

Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep staying positive. Sending good vibes for a super speedy recovery. If they told you 4 weeks you should be fine by your wedding. How are you going to teach?

I sprained my ankle in december teaching tap and I also fractured a bone in my foot, they told me 3 to 4 months and it finally started feeling better in April. So trust the doctors and don't stress.
