I called Staples...

they can put the addresses on those clear labels for me. They said I just need to have it set up in a template. Does anyone have any idea how I do this?

Yes. you go into word and go to letters and mailings > envelopes and labels under the 'tools' heading at the top. When the little box opens, click on the tab that says 'labels.' In the bottom right hand corner there a little box that tells you what label it is set up for currently. Double click on that box and find the label # on the box of labels you will be using, or want to use (the standard is three columns across, 10 rows down, and the number is Avery 5260). Then hit ok or apply or whatever appears, and then hit 'new document' on the next screen. You'll get a template that you can just fill in with your addresses.

Cool! Thanks Jen! I'll have to call them back and see what labels they are. Do clear labels sound cheesy on invites? I was just thinking they would be WAY neater then my chicken scratch, and I could still get them in the mail this weekend....

you can also just buy the Avery lables yourself and do it; it's pretty easy.

Once you get the size, its very easy to get a template.
I had clear labels on my invites ... not one person said a thing.. I did a fancy font and it looked beautiful!!

You actually can do this from word, but I have a program that I can lend you if you like Jen! Once you dl the program you go into labels and pick the size, enter the date and then just print!!! It's so easy! I don't have the patience for Word anymore!!

Let me know!!!
