I am sitting here on hold with Private Label-- crying out of control. My dress has been discontinued! They cannot and will not give me any answer as to where or when I will get my dress. They said that they cannot give me that information without Bridal Suites consent. Bridal Suite is not giving me consent. I called Paradise Bridal (extremelly nice and helpful) said that I should have had my dress by now. I cannot deal with this anymore!!! I hate this place and now I am stuck. I cannot afford hundreds of dollars of alterations to go somewhere else.

People should not run their business this way, hopefully people who are looking for dresses, will steer clear of this place!!

You surely deserve a massage. My experiences with them were horrible but at least they managed to order my dress. The dress is beautiful and I hope that they are able to get it for you. Lots of hugs for you today!

Do you have all of this documented? These arse's need to be taken to small claims court. She needs to be taught a lesson!!

I don't know. She means that after the wedding I can take it somewhere to have them prove that it was in fact really Private Label. I have no idea. All I know is that the dress should be in at 1pm. My last class ends at 2:55 and I am flying out the door! I will be there at around 4 and then we will see the truth and then maybe I will sleep.
Now I have to cancel my curves appointment that I waited to get
But to have this settle and over with will be some much better!

Keep your chin up. Ultimately I know things will wind up working out just fine. Try and find some quiet time for yourself to really reflect on the true meaning of your marriage and your wedding. It's a celebration of two hearts. In reality the material things are secondary. From my own experiences with life the material things always have a way of working out. When you look back on anything important in your life I'm sure you can find the good parts about it. No matter how difficult or stressful something may seem at the time it always passes - just like everything. Just try and focus on that day... being together, everyone being there for you to share your joy. Through this obstacle and through any other obstacle that you may encounter between now and July your wedding will happen and it will be wonderful. Good luck... I am sending you my heartfelt wishes.

Bea, Doobie or whom ever you might be, I appreciate your heartfelt sympathies and I know the importance of what my wedding really means. I can tell you these memories will NEVER fade! Pictures of my dress will ALWAYS remind me of what they put me through. When planning my wedding, I can't speak for others, there was 2 things that I was looking forward to doing: registering and trying on all those beautiful gowns and feeling like a princess. THEY TOOK THAT FROM ME!
This is not about material objects this is about someone causing someone 1 month (at least) of stress, because they can't do their job. This is about people and their lack of responsibility! This is about protecting others from incompetence! This is about deceptive business practices and lying to someone! This is about my tears, hurt and pain!

OK, I should have stated my mother is a wonderful protective mother that is able to take CONTROL of any situation when given the reins and can be quite intimitading (sp?)

swags my heard goes out to you. you have every right to be upset. vent and it will make you feel better. one thing that i have learned is that we brides must be prepared for anything. we envision perfection for our day but unfortunatly some in the wedding world don't recognize that. keep your head up and i'm sure things will turn out lovely.

Some new news-- I was able to find the bun wrap that I had originally wanted from Patchogue Bridal Suite. Bayshore Bridal Suite had it and I am may even have it by Monday. So now I may have a tiara and a bun wrap. I am hoping Paradise can cancel that part for me but since this is a rush order, probably not but that is ok. I am just so grateful for all they have done.
