Girls...

After fourteen years..I have QUIT SMOKING!!!
This Thursday will mark three weeks since I haven't had a cigarette. I NEVER thought I would be able to do it..I smoked a pack a day for FOURTEEN years!

I'm a quitter-I'm so happy!
And I did it cold turkey!!!

that is such GREAT news!!!!keep it up!!you can soooo do it!!!i quit and havent smoked for 1 yr and 7 1/2 months!!!its such a great feeling, and youll see how much better overall youll feel!!!i also did it cold turkey, FM me if you have any questions or anything...congrats!!!

OMG Thats awesome!!!! I quit the day after we got engaged after a pack a day for 10 years. Its been 1 year 3 months. You only have a little time left until you dont even think about it anymore. Trust me, I didn't think that was possible but it is!
