the butter spray .. it says zero calories.

its 0 for 5 sprays...but the calories go up if u spray more than that.

For the serving size, yes it's 0 calories.
But not for the whole bottle.

i hate when they do that. like just tell us how many sprays it takes to get to 25 calories or whatever.

25 sprays (1 teaspoon)(5 grams) (20/2)= 1 pt
37.5 sprays (7.5 grams) (30/3)= 1 pt
75 sprays (1 tablespoon)(15 grams) (60/6)= 1.5 pts
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) (60 grams) (240/24)= 7 pts
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) (120 grams)(480/48)= 14 pts
3/4 cup (12 tablespoons) (180 grams)(720/72)= 20 pts
1 cup, (1 8-oz bottle) (240 grams)(960/96)= 27 pts
