I ordered my dress a while back and while I loved it, it is beautiful, striking, unique etc, I didn't feel completely at peace with it. I would go through periodic panic attacks because I wondered if it was definitely 'the one.' A week ago I came across another dress on the internet that made my mouth drop, it was the same designer as my original dress but much more traditional and even a bit princessy (in a sophisticated Grace Kelly way not in a Cinderella Disney way). It was exactly what I always pictured myself in but totally different from what I had ordered. Long story short (I know, I know..it's too late) I went to try it on today and it is absolutely amazing. It is the dress for me!!! I finally know what it feels like to be at peace with my decision.

The waist area of this dress has a really pretty quilted pattern but it shows up funny in photos (that was one of my concerns).

Congrats! They are both very elegant but the second one is more princess-like! You will be a beautiful bride!

You can't go wrong with a Reem! I like them both but definitely love the 2nd one more! Congrats! I want to see pics of you in it! I LOVE box pleats!!!!

Your new dress is breathtaking!!!! I can't wait to see it on you! You would have been stunning in both of them, but this one is definitely very bridal and princess. You are going to be one gorgeous bride!

I changed my dress a month before my wedding so I know exactly how you feel. The day of my wedding my mom said that I truly made the right choice..It's a great feeling and congrats for having the guts to do it!!!!!

Thanks everyone! I feel great about my decision, although I do feel a bit guilty when I look at a pic of the old dress (as if it has feelings)!!

I love your new dress!! I liked your old one too but the new one is even better!!! The beadwork in the middle looks very similar to mine Congrats on finding the ONE!

it was tough..but my mom's friend is a great seamstress and my wedding was small and intimate.. Great decision and best of luck with the new dres..I know that uncomfortable up at night feeling..I had it too...I promise from now on you'll be sleeping soundly!!!
