Yesterday, I ordered my personalized gifts online through Things Remembered and I accidently order Duplicates! And Today, I just noticed!!!! I tried calling but they are only open on Weekdays!! So I sent them an email, hoping to keep the original names, but to add different names to the duplicates.
Has this ever happened to anyone? I didn't even realized that I ordered the dupes. You would think that the price would give it away! I am so mad at myself!!!

I think what happened was that I had started to place them order a few days ago but changed my mind and when you go back on, it still had my order on hold until I pressed purchase. MY FH is going to kill me, it was on his card!!! Arghh!!!

Ouch!! Sorry that happened to you. My FFIL once accidentally ordered 10 tickets to a broadway show instead of just the 2 he needed. So it does happen. Good luck changing it.
My sister booked 4 reservations instead of 2 to Aruba, I'm sure they'll be nice about it!

well atleast you have the email to show you tried to get in touch with them..but def call first thing tomorrow morning!!!! it should all work out fine!! you haev enough to worry about!

i would think if you didn't get a confimation about your order..you should be good. give the a call asap on monday morning
