it was 500m swin...15K bike and 5K run...
I beat DH by 15 mins!!!! but it was his first...and I so struggled in the water...that was the longest swim I have ever done...
(other triathlons I have done have been 400m)
I'm glad I got over my slump...last year I was such a slacker and gained so much weight...but I am returning quickly to the weight I should be...
We have massage appoints in 2 hours...I cannot wait...

one of the benefits to competing...a well diserved massage...
Shamma...swimming is my downfall as well...but if you get a wetsuit...they make you float
and I am doing another one on 10/19...I think I may be nuts
