I got off my butt and went to the gym. It was pouring outside before I left and almost all of me said 'stay inside and watch tv.' Well I didn't listen and I worked my butt off. This board is a good motivator for me, so thanks ladies for keeping me inspired!

I ate an incredibly large peice of steak and then felt guilty. I give up! I love food too much.

I plan on getting back to the gym starting today. I used to be so good about it, but I've taken a five month hiatus. Time to get back in shape!

Those were my thoughts yesterday as I drove right past the gym.

I have been working out pretty religiously for the past 2 and a half years. Trainers have told me that once you make working out a part of your life for at least 6 months (3-4 times a week realistically), then you are more than likely not to drop exercise from your routine. In my case, that is fact. Stick with it. Exercise is good for you and adds years to your life for you and your family to enjoy.

Re: I didn't want to do it but...
Thanks everyone for your support. I want to order my dress soon! Not that I am overweight but I want to feel good about myself. I used to work out religiously but then I went to grad school and worked part time. Now with my part time and full time job, I feel like I have no time! I definitely feel better after I exercise, both emotionally and physically, so I am going to try my best to be active as much as possible. We can start a support group here!
Thanks again... you are all wonderful and I cannot wait to meet you!!!
